Booking Policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

To book with Klarna, please return to theskinlaboratory.co.uk and select the ‘Book Now, Pay Later’ option.

DEPOSITS
All appointments are subject to a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

RESCHEDULING
You’re welcome to reschedule your appointment twice within the same month of your original booking.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of of your appointment will result in an additional £15 rescheduling fee.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Free cancellation can be made up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations made after this point will be subject to a £50 cancellation fee.

If you're unable to attend your appointment, please drop us a message to let us know. If no contact is made prior to your appointment, the remaining amount will be chargeable.
